What does the process of building look like?

Step by step process

1. New Pool Consultation
   • This is where you would look into the customizations of the pool. We would look at different options for you to meet all your pool needs.
2. Final Pool meeting (60-90 days out from build)
   • You will receive your final price once all customizations have been made. We also offer financing if needed!
3. Site Layout
   • This is where our construction manager would come and take measures of the pool layout. He will move the pool specifically to your liking and determine if there is any additional concrete or stone is needed.
4. Contract and permitting
   • Lovins will write a contract, draw pool for liner order and draw site plan. Lovins will also call 811 and start permitting process (permit Bartholomew County only).
5. Contact and review and signing
   • Review and sign contact
6. Order Material
   • We will let you know your start and delivery date.
7. Pool building time!
   • Final layout
   • Dig
   • Set walls
   • Rough in Plumbing
   • Rough in electrical
   • Backfill
   • Firm pool bottom
   • Final Plumbing
   • Final electrical
   • Drop liner (start to fill, customer monitor)
   • Poor concrete
   • Rough grade yard
   • Clean pool and add start up chemicals
   • Pool school
8. Lastly swim and enjoy your new pool!
